| 摘 要： | 目的]建立幼泻宁颗粒的质量标准。方法]采用薄层色谱法对方中白术和车前草进行定性鉴别;另采用高效液相色谱法对白术的含量进行研究。结果]建立了专属性较强的白术和车前草的薄层色谱鉴别方法。结论]该标准简便、准确,可有效地控制幼泻宁颗粒的质量。

| Abstract: | Objective] To establish a quality standard of Youxiening Granules. Methods] Use TLC method to identify the quality of Rhimrna Atractylodis Maerocephalae and Herba Plantaginis. Use HPLC method to investigate the content measurement of Rhizoma atraetylodis maerocephalae. Results] To establish TLC methods with good specificity of Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae and Herba Plantaginix Conclusion] The quality standard is simple,accurate and can be used for the quality control of Youxiening Granules. |
