| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨氧透射载体治疗小儿肺炎合并心衰的临床疗效。方法 将 6 4例患者随机分成 2组 ,观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用氧疗法 ,观察临床症状及血气分析改变。结果 与对照组相比 ,观察组临床症状改善明显 ,血液流变学检查 5项指标均明显降低 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1 )。血气分析观察组PaO2 、SO2及PaCO2 明显改善。结论 氧疗法治疗小儿肺炎合并心衰疗效显著 ,可缩短疗程 ,提高治愈率

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the curative effect of children pneumonia combined with heart failure treated with oxygen transmission carrier. Methods 64 cases of such patient were divided into 2 groups randomly. The observation group was treated on the basis of control group added oxygen therapy. The clinical symptom and blood gas analysis were observed. Results Compared with control group, the 5 data of hemorheology detection was decreased obviously (P<0.01), and PaO 2, SO 2 and PaCO 2 were improved obviously. Conclusion The oxygen therapy could treat children pneumonia combined with heart failure effectively and shorten the therapy course. |
