脑卒中与其发病后血压类型的关系

地２４９例脑卒中发病后血压类型及其与卒中性质、年龄、预后的关系进行分析。结果表明，收缩期高血压在卒中性质、年龄方面，出血性卒中显著多于缺血性卒中（Ｐ〈０．０５）；老年组显著多于非老年组（Ｐ〈０．００１）。血压类型与卒中预后的关系显示，收缩期高血压病死率最高，占４５．６８％。在死亡百分构成比中，老年组及非老年组分别以收缩期高血压、湿合型高血压居首。作者认为收缩期高血压是危及老年人生存的重要因素。

THE RELATION BETWEEN APOPLEXY AND BLOOD PPESSURE TYPES AFTER APOPLEXY ACTED

We have analysed 249 cases about blood pressure types after apoplexy acted and the relation between which and the characteritics of apoplexy, patient,ages and prognosis,The results revealed that:in systolic hypertension patients,hemorrhagic apoplexy obviously more than ischmic apoplexy(P<0.05);aged group obviously more than young group(P<0.001),The relation between blood pressure types and prognosis showed,systolic hypertension's incidence of death is the highest,(45.68%).In the composition of the death percentage,a large majority of the aged group were caused by systolic hypertension,and a large majority of young group were caused by mixed type hypertension.Thus,writer considers systolic bypertension is a important factor which endangering old peopl's life.
