| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨α-干扰素(IFN-α)栓剂治疗宫颈糜烂的疗效.方法:对71例宫颈糜烂患者进行回顾性调查分析.所有患者每次6万IU/粒,隔天一次,置于阴道后穹窿,6～9次为一疗程,连续用药3个疗程.结果:α-干扰素治疗宫颈糜烂有效率达82.35%以上.结论:宫颈糜烂是育龄妇女的常见病、多发病.α-干扰素栓剂治疗宫颈糜烂能明显改善阴道清洁度和宫颈糜烂症状,疗效显著,方法简便、易行、安全.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the therapeutic effects of interferon-alpha in treatment of cervical erosion . Methods 71 cases with cervical erosion were retrospectively analyzed.All the patients were given interferon-alpha(60,000IU,1 time every 2 days) for 3 courses of treatment. Results All the 71 patients were suffered from cervical erosion . Among them,over 82.35%patients in the treatment of interferon-alpha were cured.Conclusions The results of the study showed that interferon-alpha provides a safe and significant therapeutic approach to patients with cervical erosion. |
