| 摘 要： | 白细胞介素18是新发现的一种前炎性细胞因子,是白细胞介素1家族中的一个新成员,在免疫及炎性反应中具有重要的调节作用,近年来的研究发现其可促进动脉粥样硬化及心力衰竭的发生和发展。本文就IL-18在冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病和心力衰竭中的研究进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | Interleukin-18(IL-18),a new found proinflammatory cytokine,is a new member of IL-1 family,which plays an important role in the process of immunity and inflammatory.Recent researches reported that it can accelerate the genesis and development of artherosclerosis and heart failure.This review introduces study progresses of IL-18 in coronary artery disease and chronic heart failure. |
