家庭干预对社区精神分裂症病人的康复作用

目的探讨家庭干预对社区精神分裂症病人的康复作用.方法将118例社区精神分裂症病人随机分为观察组和对照组各59例.对照组行常规抗精神病药物治疗及康复指导;观察组在此基础上实施为期6个月的家庭干预.采用Morningside康复状态量表(MRSS)、社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)、总体幸福感量表(GWB)及自尊量表(SES)对两组病人分别于干预前及干预6个月末(干预后)进行效果评估,并自制问卷于干预后进行遵医态度及家属对疾病认知水平评估.结果①家庭干预前、后观察组病人MRSS、SDSS、GWB及SES评分差值均明显高于对照组(均P<0.01);②观察组病人对服药看法、遵医程度、用药的持续性及其家属对疾病的认知水平均明显优于对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01).结论家庭干预有助于改善社区精神分裂症病人的社会功能和遵医态度,提高其幸福度及其家属对疾病的认知水平.

Effect of Family Intervention on Rehabilitation of Schizophrenic Patients in Community

Objective To explore the effect of family intervention on rehabilitation of schizophrenic patients in community. Methods One hundred and eighteen schizophrenic patients in community were randomly divided into observation group (n=59) and control group (n=59). Both groups received anti-psychotics treatment, but the family intervention courses of 6 months were given to the observation group. All the subjects were assessed with morningside rehabilitation stats scale (MRSS), social disability screening schedule (SDSS), general well-being schedule (GWB) and the self-esteem scale (SES) before and after the intervention, and self-made criteria standard rating scale was used to evaluate the attitude of obedience and the cognitive level of relation to the disease after the intervention. Results There was significant difference between the observation group and the control group in the total MRSS scores, SDSS scores, GWB scores and SES scores before and after the intervention (all P<0.01). At the same time, the attitude of obedience, continuance of taking medicine and the cognitive level of relation to the disease of the patients in the observation groups were better than those in the control group (P<0.05 or P< 0.01). Conclusion The family intervention had benefit to improve the social function and the attitude of obedience, and could improve the well-being rating and the cognitive level of relation to the disease for schizophrenic patients in community.
