| 摘 要： | 目的探讨人工股骨头置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折患者的临床疗效。方法对56例老年股骨颈骨折采用人工股骨头置换治疗患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果按Harris髋关节评分标准,优23例,良29例,可2例,差2例,优良率达92.8%。结论人工股骨头置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折,效果满意,可早期下地活动,减少并发症,提高生活质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effects of artificial femoral head replacement in treatment of femoral neck fracture in older.Methods 56 cases of femoral neck fractures in elderly patients treated with artificial femoral head replacement for the clinical data were analyzed retrospectively.Results According to Harris hip score standard, excellent in 23cases, good in 29cases, in 2cases and poor in 2case, the fine rate was 92.8%.Conclusion The artificial femoral head arthroplasty for treatment of senile femoral neck fractures,satisfactory results can be an early ambulation, reduce complications and improve quality of life. |
