胶束增溶二阶导数分光光度法同时测定豆粉中Cu、Cd和Zn含量的研究

摘    要:目的研究了胶束增溶二阶导数分光光度法同时测定豆粉中的Cu、Cd和Zn含量的实验条件等。方法在pH值为9.2的磷酸氢二钠缓冲溶液体系中,在加入乳化剂OP(聚乙二醇辛基苯基醚)产生胶束增溶作用及显色剂1-(2-吡啶偶氮)-2-萘酚(PAN)的络合作用后,通过二阶导数分光光度法同时测定豆粉中铜、镉和锌时对波长选择、OP用量及体系酸度、温度等的对比。结果方法的检出限为5.5×10-6g/L,仪器精密度测定RSD为0.37%,测定样品后的回收率在95%~102%之间。结论通过二阶导数分光光度法在胶束增溶作用下,铜、镉和锌可以由显色剂所产生的络合作用下被同时测定出来。该方法是可行的,灵敏度较高,结果令人满意。
