摘    要:目的:研究血红素加氧酶蛋白在雄激素致不孕模型大鼠卵巢的表达。方法:9日龄SD雌性大鼠颈背部皮下注射丙酸睾丸酮制造无排卵不孕模型,3~4月龄时选取动情前期断头处死,采用免疫组化法,观察并比较血红素加氧酶蛋白在ASR和正常大鼠卵巢的表达。结果:与正常组相比,HO-1和HO-2在ASR卵巢颗粒细胞表达减弱,在ASR泡膜细胞表达增强。结论:ASR无排卵的发生可能与血红素加氧酶两个亚型的表达异常有关。

Abstract:Objective:To localize the expression of heine oxygenase(HO) proteins in androgen induced sterile rats (ASR)ovary to investigate the effect of HO on development of anovulatory condition. Methods: The anovulatory model was established by subcutaneous injection of testoserone propionate to SD female rats of 9-day age. The rats of 3-4 months old at the preoestrus were euthanized, and the expression and distribution patterns of HO-1 and HO-2 in ASR and normal SD rats in ovary were observed by means of immunocytochemistry and compared between the two groups, Results:Compared with normal group, there were weak expression of HO-1 protein in granulosa cells and strong expression of HO-2 protein in theca cells. Conclusion. There may be correlation between the abnormal distribution of HO and the development of anovulatory condition.
