| 摘 要： | 目的：了解郑州城区老年人社会支持状况及其与心理健康状况的关系，并提出相应的干预措施。方法：采用老年心理健康问卷（包括性格、情绪、适应、人际和认知5个方面）和社会支持评定量表（包括主观支持、客观支持和支持利用度三个维度），对郑州城区840例老年人的社会支持与心理健康状况进行调查评定与分析。结果：老年人社会支持总分在年龄、教育水平和职业方面存在差异（P〈0．05或0．01），在性别方面差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），社会支持与心理健康状况中的性格、情绪、适应分量分和总分呈正相关（P〈0．05）。结论：加强社会支持可改善老年人心理健康状况，促进老年人身体健康。

| Abstract: | Aim:To study the relationship between social support and mental health of the elder individuals in Zhengzhou urban area.Methods: The status of mental health and social support of 840 aged subjects from Zhengzhou urban area was surveyed by questionare and Social Suppert Rating Scale,respectively.Results:The total scores of social support of the elder individuals had significant differences in age,educational levels, and vocation(P<0.05 or 0.01).The mental health of the elder individuals was associated with social support (P<0.05). Conclusion: Enhancing social support of the elder individuals may promote their mental health and somatic health. |
