野生射干与栽培射干化学成分的定性比较

摘    要:目的:对射干的栽培品与野生品的药用部位和非药用部位进行化学成分的定性分析比较。方法:采用系统预试验。薄层层析法测定野生射干与栽培射干的根茎、根、茎、叶、花、果破及种子的化学尬发。并进行定性比较。结果:栽培与野生射干根茎的成分基本一致;根与根茎的成分相近;其它部位与根茎的成分有所差异。结论:射干非药用部位能否入药,有待进一步研究。

Abstract:Objective:To study qualitative and c om parison on chemical compositions of the parts as drug and not as drug of wild an d cultivated Belamcanda chinensis (L.) DC.Methods:The chemical compositions in the Rhizoma, Radix, Caulis, Folium, Flos, Pericarpium a nd Semen from wild and cultivated Belamcanda chinensis (L.) DC. were determi ned by system preliminary experiments and TLC.Results:The chemical compositions in the Rhizoma from wild and cultivated Belamcanda chine nsis (L.) DC. are almost the same; The chemical compositions in the Rhizoma an d the Radix are similar, there is some difference in other parts.Conc lusion:If the parts of Belamcanda chinensis (L.) DC. can or not b e as drug should be studied more.
