| 摘 要： | 目的：研究p53蛋白表达在胃癌发生发展过程中的变化规律。方法：利用免疫组化染色对206例胃黏膜活检组织，包括正常胃黏膜、慢性浅表性胃炎、肠上皮化生、异型增生及胃癌，进行p53蛋白表达的分析。结果：正常胃黏膜和慢性浅表性胃炎中未见p53蛋白的表达；肠上皮化生的p53蛋白表达阳性率显著高于正常胃黏膜和慢性浅表性胃炎；异型增生的p53蛋白表达阳性率高于肠上皮化生，而显著低于胃癌组织。结论：p53基因突变是胃癌发展发生过程中的一个重要环节。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the change of the expression of p53 protein in the progression of gastric carcinoma. Methods:The expression of p53 protein was analyzed through immunohistochemical staining of 206 gastric mucus biopsy including normal gastric mucus, chronic superficial gastritis, colonial epithelium metaphasia, atypical proliferation and gastric carcinoma. Results:There is no p53 protein expression in normal gastric mucus and chronic superficial gastritis. In colonial epithelium metaphasia, p53 protein expression is higher than that in normal gastric mucus and chronic superficial gastritis. p53 protein expression positive rate in atypical proliferation is higher than that in colonial epithelium metaphasia, but lower than that in gastric carcinoma tissue. Conclusion; p53 gene mutation is the key point in gastric carcinoma progression. |
