精索扭转28例临床探讨

目的：探讨精索扭转的临床诊疗方法。方法：回顾性总结28例精索扭转患者的临床资料，结合文献进行分析、讨论。结果：25例经手术探查证实与术前彩色多普勒血流动态显像（cDFI）或阴囊核素显像诊断相符。3例行手法复位，12例行手术复位、固定，13例行患侧睾丸切除，手术病例均行对侧睾丸固定。结论：CDFI或阴囊核素显像有助于精索扭转的早期诊断，早期明确诊断或有高度怀疑时，应立即进行手术探查。

The clinical study of 28 cases torsion of the spermatic cord

Objective:To study the methods of diagnosis and treatment for Torsion of the spermatic cord.Methods:The clinical material of 28 cases torsion of the spermatic cord were summarized retrospectively and analysed and discussed to combined with literature.Results:25 cases were confirmed to match the diagnosis on the color doppler flow imaging(CDFI)or scrotum radionuclide imaging by operations research.3 cases were manipulative reduction,12 cases were operative reduction and fixation,13 cases were made orchidectomy of sick side didymus,operative cases were made orchidopexy of normal side didymus.Conclusions:CDFI or scrotum radionuclide imaging were conduced to the early diagnosis of torsion of the spermatic cord,operations research should be dong immediately for the cases with early diagnosis or high suspected.
