| 摘 要： | 本文对41例急性脑梗塞患者红细胞变形性(RCD)与红细胞脂质过氧化物(Ery—LPO)和红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(Ery-SOD)含量进行了相关研究。结果显示急性脑梗塞患者的红细胞滤过指数(Ery-IF)比正常人高,表明RCD比正常人明显下降,Ery—IF与Ery-LPO含量呈正相关,显示RCD与Ery-LPO含量呈负相关,Ery-IF与Ery-SOD有负相关趋势,但无统计学意义。本研究提示急性脑梗塞时RCD下降与体内氧化及抗氧化功能失调、脂质过氧化损伤有一定关系。

| Abstract: | The erythrocytic filtration index (Ery-IF) and contents of the erythrocytic lipoperoxide (Ery-LPO) and the erythrocytic superoxide dismutase (Ery-SOD) were determined in 41 patients with acute cerebral infarction. The results revealed an elevated Ery-IF ,a significantly higher Ery-LPO content and a reduced Ery-SOD content in the patients with acute cerebral infarction group as compared to the normal. There was a positive relationship between Ery-IF and Ery-LPO,showing RCD had a negative relation to Ery-LPO. There was tendence of positive relationship between Ery-IF and Ery-SOD,but no statistical significance. The study suggested some influence of the oxdative system on RCD in cases of the acute cerebral infarction. |
