| 摘 要： | 目的 观察氨溴索缓释胶囊辅助治疗慢性喘息性支气管炎的疗效。方法 64例门、急诊患者分为两组：治疗组34例常规治疗，加用口服氨溴索缓释胶囊75mg／次，每日1次，连续服用7d；对照组30例仅给予常规治疗，疗程7d。结果 治疗组有效率94．1％，对照组有效率76．7％，两组差异P〈0．05。结论 氨溴索缓释胶囊能有效治疗慢性喘息型支气管炎。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the assisted therapeutic effect of ambroxol slow-released capsule in treating acute exacerbation of chronic asthmatic bronchitis. Methods The total of 64 patients in out-patient clinic or emergency were divided into two groups: group A and group B. The patients (34 cases) of group A were given orally ambroxol slow-released capsule 75 mg/daily for 7 days and routine therapy, and the other patients (30 cases) of group B merely received routine therapy for 7 days. Results The effective rate of group A was significantly higher than that of group B (94.1% versus 76.7%, P<0.05). Conclusion It is proved that ambroxol slow-released capsule is an effective drug in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic asthmatic bronchitis. |
