急性冠状动脉综合症患者血脂联合检测及临床意义

目的：探讨血脂在急性冠状动脉综合症（ACS）的临床价值。方法：检测60例ACS患者血脂水平，同步检测60例正常人群为对照。结果：ACS组LDL-C、VLDL-C、TC／HDL、ApoB均显著高于正常人群（P〈0．01），ACS组HDL-C、ApoA1均显著低于正常人群（P〈0．01）而TCH、TG水平与正常人群差异无显著性。结论：血清HDL-C与NHDL-C水平与冠心病ACS事件发生有关，可作为ACS患者诊断、治疗、预后的观察指标。

Detection Lipid with Acute Coronary Syndrome and Its Clinic Application

Objective： To investigate the clinical value of serum lipid on patients with the acute coronary syndromes. Methods： Blood lipoprote in level in 60 patients with ACS and 60 cases of normal control were analysed. Results： The level of TCH,TG,,LDL-C, VLDL-C,TC/HDL,apoB of ACS group were more higher than that of the healthy group. The level of HDL-C, ApoA of ACS group were more lower than that of the healthy group. But the serum level of TCH and TG had no signicant difference between the two groups. Conclusion： It was found that a close correlation of the level of serum HDL-C and NHDL-C with the rate of the ACS events , and it was regarded as an indicator for the diagnosis,treatment and prognos of the acute coronary syndrome.
