食管癌微波热辐射信息检测的研究

本文从生物电磁学和生物医学工程的原理出发,提供了人体分层组织的微波辐射流图和846型诊断仪的特点,研究了用846型仪诊断食管癌的有关问题,得到了比较合理的检测方案和诊断依据。在我院门诊对67人做了诊断(全部与X线食管点片进行比较),其中21例诊断食管癌(含病理诊断),阳性诊断率81％,46例对照组阴性诊断率78.3％。证明此种方法对食管癌的普查和早期诊断可能是一种有希望的诊断方法。

Microwave Radiometry in the Detection of Esophageal Cancer

A flow diagram of microwave radiation in layered human tissues was obtained basing on the principles of bioelectromagnetics and biomedical engineering. Some important problems related to the detection of esophageal cancer by Model 846 microwave cancer detector were also studied. As a result an appropriate method and a set of diagnostic criteria which would be processed by microcomputer were obtained. Of 67 cases examined by Model 846 detector, 17 of 21 cases of esophageal cancer were positive, a true positive rate of 81%, while 36 of 46 control cases were negative, a true negative rate of 78.3%. The results indicate that this method might be of great value in the screening and early diagnosis of esophageal cancer.
