| 摘 要： | 目的:观察炙甘草汤加减治疗病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效。方法:将45例病毒性心肌炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,对照组西医常规治疗,治疗组除西药治疗外,给予炙甘草汤加减,观察治疗前后症状、体征、心电图及心肌酶的改变。结果:治疗组主要症状、体征、心电图及心肌酶的改善均明显优于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:炙甘草汤加减治疗病毒性心肌炎安全、有效。

| Abstract: | Objective: to observe the effect of Fried Glycyrrhizae Decoction on viral myocarditis. Method: 45 cases of patients suffering viral myocarditis were divided into treatment and control. The treatment was treated with Fried Glycyrrhizae Decoction on the basis of medical conventional therapy. The symptom, physical sign, electrocardiogram and cardiac muscle enzyme were observed before and after treatment. Result: the improvement of symptom, physical sign, electrocardiogram and cardiac muscle enzyme were better in treatment than control(P<0.05). Conclusion: Fried Glycyrrhizae Decoction was effect and safe to treat viral myocarditis. |
