中风胶囊对实验性脑出血大鼠保护机制的研究

目的：探讨中风胶囊治疗脑出血急性期的作用机制。方法：采用自体血注射法制作大鼠实验性脑出血模型，行末端脱氧核糖核酸转移酶介导的缺口末端标记法（TUNEL）观测血肿周围细胞凋亡程度，行免疫组化法观测血肿周围白细胞介素-6（IL-6）蛋白的表达情况。并设立正常组，假手术组，模型组以及中风胶囊大（2．7g·kg^-1·d^-1），小（1．8g·kg^-1·d^-1）剂量组。结果：中风胶囊组能够抑制细胞凋亡，并降低血肿周围IL-6的阳性细胞比例数。结论：中风胶囊能降低脑组织中IL-6蛋白的含量，从而抑制细胞凋亡，具有减轻炎症，减轻脑组织损伤的作用。

Experimental Research on Treatment of Intracerebral Hemorrhage with Zhongfeng Capsule at Acute Stage

Objective: To investigate the mechanism of action of Zhongfeng capsule in treating acute period of intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH).Methods: Experimental rat models of intracerebral hemorrhage are made by autoblood injection method.Apoptosis degree of haematoma peripheral cells was observed with tagged deoxynucleotide transferase mediated dUTP nick end labeling(TUNEL) method.The proteins of IL-6 expression were detected with immunohistochemical mothod.Male SD rats were divided into the five groups of normal group(NG),sham operated group(SO),model group(MG),high-dose drug group(Zfc-h) and low-dose drug group(Zfcl) randomly.Results: Zhongfeng capsule has effects on intracerebral hemorrhage. Conclusion: Zhongfeng capsule can inhibit cell apoptosis;it may effectively decrease IL-6 protein expression during acute stage of intracerebral hemorrhage to lighten inflammatory reaction,so as to relieve the brain tissue damage.
