| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脑卒中后心理障碍的原因，采取相应的心理康复措施。方法通过自制调查问卷，找出导致脑卒中后心理障碍的原因；采用MMPI对施加心理康复措施后进行心理学评估。结果影响病人病后心理的因素有病人自身性格的，也有家庭、社会的，疾病本身的部位及引起的相应神经内分泌改变也有一定的影响。采取一定的心理康复措施后，患者心理障碍发生率明显降低。结论脑卒中的康复，首先应从心理康复入手，提高病人自身的心理应激水平，同时注意家庭及社会的支持。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the causes and to evaluate ways of mental rehabilitation in patients with psychological disorder in cerebrovascular disease.Method First,by questionnaire,to perform appropriate psychotherapy,then to evaluate effect of psychotherapy by means of MMPI.Result The key factors to psychological disorder included the different patients' own character, various family and society surrounding patients',and the site of focus of cerebrovascular disease in the crucial cavity and the change of neuroendocrine caused by its site of focus.Conclusion psychologerapy is very valuable for the patients with cerebrovascular disease. |
