| 摘 要： | ①目的探讨经腹腔镜结、直肠癌根治术中转开腹手术的原因。②方法经腹腔镜行结、直肠癌根治术135例，对其手术结果及并发症进行总结分析。③结果135例均完成手术。中转开腹手术17例，其中出血2例，肿瘤无法定位5例，肿瘤切除困难7例，周围脏器损伤、腹腔粘连重、肥胖各1例。④结论腹腔镜行结、直肠癌根治术具有一定的中转开腹手术率。但尽量避免不必要的中转开腹手术。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the reasons of conversion to open surgery in radical laparoscopic rectal cancer resection. Methods The data of 135 patients undergoing a radical laparoscopic resection of rectal cancer were reviewed. Results All of the patients were operated successfully. Of these patients, 17 were converted to open surgery due to uncontrollable bleeding (two cases), unable in fixing the tumors (five), difficult to remove the tumors (seven), obesity (one), severe adhesions (one) and damage of surrounding organs (one). Conclusion Laparoscopic rectal surgery has some possibility of conversion to open one. Unnecessary conversion should be avoided to the limit. |
