| Abstract: | We present a case in which serial sonographic examinations revealed changing pattern of cystic ovarian masses from hypoechogenic to echogenic appearance. These changes were attributed to suspected torsion of ovarian cyst. Nevertheless, a healthy baby girl was born without clinical and sonographic evidence of ovarian torsion.
