| 摘 要： | 设计了一种用人脐带制备眼科用透明质酸制剂的工艺,对所得样品进行了理化分析,表明与国外产品Healon一致,动物实验表明本制剂无毒性、无刺激性,无致炎反应,对正常细胞无不良作用。

| Abstract: | A pure, high molecular weight and sterile hyaluronic acid preparation was prepared from human umbilical cords for anterior segmental surgery. It was obtained during the process of extracting hyaluronic acid from the tissue, having the impurities such as proteins and nucleic acids removed and preparing sterile preParation. Analysis of the products was made by physical and chemical methods. The result of animal test showed no inflammatory effect. The preparation in safe to eye tissue and could be used clinically. |
