| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨基质金属蛋白酶2(MMP-2)及其组织抑制因子1(TIMP-1)mRNA在子宫内膜异位症异位内膜和在位内膜中的表达及其意义.方法 分别选取子宫内膜异位症患者异位内膜组织40例、在位内膜组织18例和对照组正常内膜组织20例作为研究对象,应用半定量逆转录-聚合酶链式反应技术检测MMP-2、TIMP-1 mRNA的表达.结果 MMP-2 mRNA在异位内膜的表达强度为0.58±0.11,明显高于在位内膜的0.47±0.09和正常内膜的0.45±0.08,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05和<0.01);TIMP-1 mRNA在异位内膜的表达强度(1.57±0.70)明显低于在位内膜(2.21±0.95)和对照组内膜(2.38±0.78),差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01).结论 子宫内膜异位症患者异位内膜组织中MMP-2 mRNA表达增强可能促进异位内膜的种植,TIMP-1 mRNA表达减弱可能促进内膜异位病变的发展.
