强脉冲光及微晶磨削治疗面部寻常性痤疮的疗效分析

目的:比较强脉冲光和微晶磨削治疗不同时期面部寻常性痤疮的临床疗效。方法:将90例痤疮患者随机分为两组:A组:48例,采用强脉冲光治疗;B组:42例,采用微晶磨削治疗。治疗时间各组分别为1个疗程,治疗后观察两组的临床疗效。结果:强脉冲光治疗针对轻中度痤疮效果明显,微晶磨削治疗针对重度尤其是脓疱性痤疮及其痤疮后留下的凹陷性瘢痕效果显著,差异有显著统计学意义。结论:不同时期的痤疮采用不同方法治疗可以取得较好的临床疗效。

Comparison of therapeutic effect on facial acne vulgaris with intense pulsed light and crystallitic dermabrasion

Objective To compare the clinical therapeutic effect on different staging of facial acne vulgaris with intense pulsed light(IPL) and crystallitic dermabrasion.Methods 90 patients with acne were randomly divided into group A(48 patients) and group B(42 patients).Group A were treated with intense pulsed light,group B were treated with crystallitic dermabrasion.Observe the effect of 2 groups after one course of treatment.Results The efficiency rate of IPL in treatment on mild and moderate acne was clearly higher than crystallitic dermabrasion.The efficiency rate of crystallitic dermabrasion in treatment on severe acne,especially pustule and scars,was clearly higher than IPL.The differences of efficiency rate are statistically meaningful(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with different staging of facial acne vulgaris should be treated with different remedy to get better clinical curative effect.
