摘    要:目的:探讨用扩张头部皮瓣转移修复回状头皮切除后创面的可行性及临床效果。方法:2000年3月~2010年12月,共收治8例回状头皮患者,在局麻下行头部皮肤扩张器埋置术,经2~3月注水扩张后,给予回状头皮切除,扩张皮瓣转移修复创面。结果:转移皮瓣成活良好,头发生长好,8例患者获得5个月~3年的随访,头部扩张皮瓣转移未发生挛缩,切口瘢痕不明显,头皮颜色、质地与周围头皮完全一致。讨论:用扩张头部皮瓣转移修复回状头皮切除后创面,设计简洁、灵活,修复面积大,皮瓣转移后对头部外形无影响。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the feasibility and clinical effect of repairing scalp defect after the excision of cutis verticis gyrata using expanded scalp skin flaps.Metheds 8 patients with cutis verticis gyrata were subjected to scalp skin expander implantation under the skin.After saline injection and scalp expansion for 2~3 months,the cutis verticis gyrata were excised and the expanded scalp flaps were applied to recover the skin defect.Results Flap survival in good hair growth is good,8 Patients receive 5 Months to 3 Years of follow-up,the head of expanded skin flap Contracture did not occur,incision scar is not obvious,skin color,texture and surrounding skin completely.Conclusion Expanding head flap after resection of cutis verticis gyrata wound,design simple,flexible,repairing large area of skin flap after the transfer did not affect head shape.
