复方甘草酸苷联合胶原贴敷料治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎疗效观察

目的:观察复方甘草酸苷联合胶原贴敷料治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎的疗效和安全性。方法:将105例面部激素依赖性皮炎患者随机分成两组,治疗组54例,对照组51例。治疗组和对照组均给予左西替利嗪5mg,每日1次,复方甘草酸苷50mg,每日3次,治疗组同时给予胶原贴敷料每晚1次,连用4周,然后改为隔日1次,疗程共12周。于治疗前、治疗4周、治疗8周、治疗12周、治疗结束后4周分别观察患者的自觉症状、皮损情况及不良反应。结果:治疗组有效率为90.74%,对照组64.71%,临床疗效比较有统计学差异,两组均未见明显不良反应。结论:复方甘草酸苷联合胶原贴敷料治疗面部激素依赖性皮炎疗效好、安全。

Treatment of facial corticosteroid addicive dermatitis with compound glycyrrhizin and collagen dressing

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of compound glycyrrhizin combined with collagen dressing in the treatment of facial corticosteroid addicive dermatitis.Methods 105 cases with facial corticosteroid addicive dermatitis were divided into two groups randomly.Patients in the treatment group and the control group were given levocetirizine 5mg once daily and compound glycyrrhizin 50mg three times a day.At the same time,the patients in the treatment group were given collagen dressing one piece every night for 4 weekes.Then,the dosage was reduced to one piece every other night for 8 weeks.Results The response rates were 90.74% and 64.71% respectively.There was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group.No significant adverse events were found.Conclusion Compound glycyrrhizin combined with collagen dressing is effective and safe in the treatment of facial corticosteroid addicive dermatitis.
