摘    要:目的:观察重组人表皮生长因子与复合溶菌酶联合治疗儿童烧伤创面的临床效果,为临床治疗儿童烧伤提供一种新的治疗方法。方法:将80例儿童烧伤患者采用自身对照选择相同深度的两个创面随机分为治疗组与对照组进行研究治疗。治疗组给予重组人表皮生长因子与复合溶菌酶联合治疗;对照组给予硝酸银软膏治疗。临床观察创面愈合时间、创面炎症反应发生情况、创面细菌培养情况、过敏反应、创面愈合3个月后期随访有无色素沉着或脱失、瘢痕增生的情况。结果:治疗组比对照组创面愈合时间明显缩短,减少创面炎症反应及感染机会,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);患者未出现过敏反应和其它不良反应,后期随访瘢痕增生少。结论:重组人表皮生长因子与复合溶菌酶联合治疗儿童烧伤创面,明显缩短创面愈合时间,减轻创面炎症反应,疗效可靠。在今后儿童烧伤创面治疗中具有广阔的临床发展前景,适用于基层医院使用。

Abstract:Objective To study the clinical effects of rhEGF and FE combined enzymes on pediatric burn,it provides a new treatment for pediatric burn.Methods Using homebody comparison,the wounds of 80 pediatric burn cases were divided into two groups by randomization.The experimental group is treated with both rhEGF and FE combined enzymes,while the control group is treated with Silver nitrate ointment.The studying content including,the wound healing time,wound inflammatory response,bacteria culture,allergic reaction,pigmentation or depigmentation and hypertrophic scar after healing three months and so on.Results rhEGF and FE combined enzymes on pediatric burn can shorten the healing time and reduce infection ratio of burn wounds.Comprehensive score in treatment are superior to that in control.Conclusion In conclusion,treating pediatric burn with both rhEGF and FE combined enzymes,it is of applications value.So it is recommended for clinical application.
