摘    要:目的 研究Farnesol(法尼醇)对变形链球菌脱矿作用的影响。方法 BHI培养变形链球菌,将常规预备好的牙釉质切片放置于菌悬液中。实验组分别加入Farnesol浓度为0、50、100、200 μmol/L,对照组中加入无菌去离子水。采用原子吸收分光光度法检测不同时间点(24、48及72 h)菌悬液中钙离子的浓度。结果 随着Farnesol浓度的递增,菌悬液中钙离子浓度逐渐降低,当Farnesol浓度为200 μmol/L时菌悬液中钙离子的浓度与其余3组相比有显著性差异,实验组与对照组相比也有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 Farnesol可抑制变形链球菌对牙釉质的脱矿作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of Farnesol on enamel demineralization of Streptococcus mutans. Methods The sections of human enamel were exposed to Streptococcus mutans suspension. Farnesol solution(0,50,100,200 μmol/L) was added into the suspen- sion of the experimental groups, while the deionized water was used in control group under the same conditions. Enamel demineralization was evaluated by detecting the amount of calcium in the liquid medium at 24,48,72 h at 37℃using atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Results With increasing concentration of Farnesol, the concentration of calcium gradually decreased. There was significant difference in the concentration of calcium between the experimental group exposed to 200 μmol/L Farnesol and the other experimental groups (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusions The results show that Farnesol has an apparent effect on inhibiting enamel demineralization of Streptococcus mutans.
