摘    要:目的:建立X射线荧光元素分析技术快速检测明胶原料中铬的方法。方法:X射线荧光元素分析仪,测试时间180 s,标准偏差1σ,采用模式:塑料模式,取样量约5 g,关闭厚度修正。结果:此方法的检出限为10 mg.kg-1,与原子吸收测试结果比较,结果基本吻合。结论:该方法简便快速,可用于快速测定明胶原料中的铬。

Abstract:Objective:To establish a method for rapid detection of Cr elements in gelatin by X-ray fluorescence elemental technology.Methods: X-ray fluorescence elemental analyzer was adopted with following settings,test time: 180 s,standard deviation: 1σ,mode: plastic mode.The sample weights were around 5 g,and the thickness correction was turned off.Results: Under the above mentioned conditions,the detection limit was 10 mg·kg-1,Compared with AAS,the results was coincidence.Conclusions: The method is simple and rapid,which can be used for the rapid detection of Cr elements in gelatin.
