| 摘 要： | 为了探讨患者大剂量青霉素滴注后，尿液内药物对尿蛋白定性实验的干扰作用，以便于临床选择合适的取样时机，观察了不同剂量青霉素滴注后不同时间取样的尿液蛋白定性实验结果。实验表明滴注２４０万单位组在２小时内，３２０万单位组３小时内，４８０万单位组５小时内，可能对磺柳酸法、试纸条法产生不同的干扰作用。

| Abstract: | he distubance to urine protein detection was observed with different dosage of Penicillin intervascular infusion The results showed the false nagative reaction after Penicillin being transfused two,three and five hours with 2400,3200 and 4800 thousand unit,These specimens should be detected by paper strips method,otherwise the fusle postive reaction may occur for sulfosalicylic acid method in similar condition. |
