108例肺结核患者入院时痰一般细菌培养结果分析与临床治疗

目的 探讨肺结核患者下呼吸道感染时致病菌种分布特点，细菌耐药情况及临床特征与治疗。方法 取患者深部痰做一般细菌培养，确定菌种后进行抗茵药物体外药敏检测。结果 108例患者痰细菌培养致病菌株125例次，其中革兰阴性杆菌111株（88．8％），革兰阳性菌株14株（11．2％）。药物敏感试验：左氧氟沙星敏感菌株最高60．0％，复方新诺明最低1．0％。结论 肺结核患者合并下呼吸道感染，以革兰阴性杆菌居多，可能与患者免疫功能低下，滥用抗生素及抗结核药物有关。

An Analysis on Ordinary Sputum Bacteria Culture Results and Clinical Treatment for 108 Cases with Pulmonary Tuberculosis

Objective To Investigate the distribution characteristics of drug-resistant pathogenic bacteria, the clinical manifestations and the clinical treatment in lower part of respiratory tract for patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods The deep sputum from patients was collected for bacteria culture, and sensitive tests to antibiotics in Vitro were conducted for positive cultures after the positive bacteria were assured.Results All 125 cases of pathogenic bacterial strains were found in sputum bacteria culture of 108 patients. There were 111 strains of gram-negative(88.8%) and gram-positive cocci 14 (11.2%). The results of drug sensitive test suggested that L-floxaxin had the highest susceptibility, their rate was 60%, and Co-SMZ had the lowest susceptibility rate, only 1%.Conclusion The primary pathogenic bacteria were gram-negative bacilli in lower respiratory tract of pulmonary tuberculosis patients, which may be related to immunodeficiency, antibiotics abuse and treated with antituberculosis drugs.
