泰安市综合性医院感染现患率调查研究

目的为了解院医院感染现患率。方法本研究采取床旁调查和查阅住院病历相结合的方法,对2007年5月17日的住院患者进行医院感染现患率调查。结果共调查住院患者856人,医院感染现患率为7.71%,例次感染现患率为8.53%;现患率较高的科室分别为儿科新生儿组50.00%、综合重症监护室（ICU）44.44%、普外科17.39%、其他外科14.29%、神经内科13.79%;感染部位依次为：下呼吸道、腹腔内组织、泌尿道、表浅切口、胃肠道;当日抗菌药物使用率为59.46%;治疗用药病原体送检率为33.71%。结论该院医院感染现患率较高的科室为儿科新生儿组与综合ICU,需重点监控;抗菌药物使用率较高,病原学送检率较低,需加强对合理使用抗菌药物的管理。

Prevalence rate of nosocomial infection in a general hospital in Taian

Objective：To investigate the prevalence rate of nosocomial infection（NI） in a hospital.Methods： the method bed-side examination and medical records checking were used to investigate the prevalence rate of NI in the inpatients on May 17,2007.Results： Eight hundred and fifty-six inpatients were investigated,the prevalence rate was 7.71%,case prevalence rate was 8.53%;departments with high prevalence rate were as follows： neonate group of pediatric department（50.00%）,general ICU（44.44%）,general surgical department（17.39%）,other surgical departments（14.29%） and department of neurology（13.79%）;infection sites in turn were： lower respiratory tract,tissue in abdominal cavity,urinary tract,superficial incisions,gastrointestinal tract.The usage rate of antimicrobial agents of that day was 59.46%;33.71% of inpatients who received treatment usage of antimicrobial agents were delivered samples for pathogenic detection.Conclusion：It is conclude that departments with higher prevalence rate in the hospital are neonate group of pediatric department and general ICU,these departments should be given stress surveillance.The uage rate of antimicrobial agents is high and the rate of delivering samples is low,the use of antimicrobial agents should be strengthened.
