中西医结合护理糖尿病足临床分析

目的：探讨中西医结合护理糖尿病足的临床效果。方法按照随机数字表法将88例糖尿病足患者均分为观察组和对照组，两组患者均给予内科综合治疗，对照组给予纯西医护理，观察组在此基础上增加中医护理，比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前与治疗后（出院前1d）空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖水平以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者总有效率显著高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；两组患者治疗后空腹血糖及餐后2h血糖水平均显著下降，与治疗前比较，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者治疗后空腹血糖及餐后2h血糖水平均显著低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组患者治疗期间均未发生明显不良反应。结论中西医结合护理糖尿病足能够有效降低患者血糖水平，提高血糖控制效果，临床疗效显著。

The Clinical Effects of Nurse for the Patients with Diabetic Foot by Combine Traditional Chinese and Western medicine

Objective To explore the clinical effects of nurse for the patients with diabetic foot by combine traditional Chinese and west-ern medicine. Methods 88 cases of patients with diabetic foot were divided into observation group and control group. Both of them were treated by Internal medicine treatment. The control group were treated by western medicine care, on the basis of the control group, the ob-servation group were treated by nursing of traditional Chinese medicine. The clinical effects were compared for the two groups. Results The total effective rate for the observation group were higher than the control group （ P 〈0.05） ; The levels of fasting blood-glucose and the 2 hour postprandial blood glucose for the two groups posttreatment were lower than the prior treatment （ P〈0.05） ; The levels of fast-ing blood-glucose and the 2 hour postprandial blood glucose for the observation group posttreatment were lower than the control group （ P〈0.05） ; There was no obvious adverse reactions. Conclusion The clinical effects of nurse for the patients with diabetic foot by combine traditional Chinese and western medicine is good, it can reduce the levels of blood glucose, increase the clinical effect of blood glucose control. The clinical curative effect is distinct.
