| 摘 要： | 目的:应用全胃肠外营养(TPN)治疗胎儿生长受限(FGR)并观察其疗效。方法:将125例FGR孕妇分为TPN组63例和复方丹参组62例,观察治疗前后的宫高、腹围、体重及胎儿双顶径变化及新生儿出生体重。结果:TPN组治疗后的各项指标均高于复方丹参组(P<0.05),差异显著。结论:TPN组治疗FGR疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the effect of total parenteral nutrition(TPN) on fetal growth restriction(FGR).Methods:125 pregnant women with FGR were divided into two groups treating with TPN and Salvia miltiorrhiza separately.The uterine height, abdominal circumference,weight,biparietal diameterand fetus weight were compared between two groups before and after treatment.Results:All indexes after TPN treating were significantly higher than those of Salvia miltiorrhiza group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TPN has a good effect on FGR. |
