| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨急性颞下颌关节脱位口外复位的作用机制,以提高口外复位的成功效率。方法:回顾性分析本院2001～2005年采用口外复位法复位的急性颞下颌关节脱位患者48例的临床资料。结果:48例急性颞下颌关节脱位患者均采用口外复位法,复位时间快,操作简单,无任何并发症,疗效满意。结论:急性颞下颌关节脱位采用口外复位的方法是可行的,可以减轻损伤程度。

| Abstract: | Objective:In order to improve the rate of success of extra-oral reduction, the effect mechanism of extra-oral reduction to acute dislocation of condyle was inquired into. Method:The clinical materials of 48 cases of dislocation of condyle reduced by extra-oral method were reviewed and analyzed. Result:All the 48 cases of dislocation of condyle used extra-oral reduction method, the reducing time was short, the operation was simple, there was no any complication, the curative effect is satisfied. Conclusion:It was feasible to use extra-oral reduction to acute dislocation of condyle which may reduce degree of wound. |
