| 摘 要： | 目的系统考察^60Coγ射线、环磷酰胺和综合放血法致血虚证发生发展的特点,为全面评价中医血虚证模型的病变规律提供理论依据。方法采用^60Coγ射线照射、环磷酰胺腹腔注射和综合放血法制作血虚证动物模型,检测外周血各血液成份、骨髓造血干/祖细胞、CD34^＋细胞等指标变化。结果3种血虚证小鼠外周血中的主要血液成分下降,骨髓造血干/祖细胞的集落生成能力降低,骨髓中CD34^＋细胞减少。但从血虚证发生发展的过程来看,3种血虚证小鼠又存在不同特点：辐射损伤法主要影响骨髓造血功能,环磷酰胺致血虚证小鼠白细胞变化明显,综合放血法直接造成外周血中的红细胞和血红蛋白数量减少。结论3种模型均符合血虚证表现,但血虚证发生发展各有特点。
