肿瘤干细胞与纤维肉瘤的研究进展

肿瘤干细胞是近年来医学研究领域的热点之一,它具有强大的自我更新和致瘤能力以及不断分化的潜能。肿瘤干细胞学说认为肿瘤干细胞可能与肿瘤的产生、易复发和转移、具有强耐药性等有密切关系。有学者在造血系统肿瘤和多种实体瘤中分离并鉴定出肿瘤干细胞进一步证明了这种理论。现主要从肿瘤干细胞学说、生物学特性、鉴定分离、纤维肉瘤干细胞相关研究方面进行简要综述。

Research Progress in Cancer Stem Cells and Fibrosarcoma

Cancer stem cells(CSCs)have been one of the hot spots of medical research field in recent years,which have a strong self-renewal and tumorigenic capacity and the continuous differentiation potential.CSCs theory holds that it is very likely that CSCs have a close relationship with the occurrence,easy recurrence,metastasis and the strong drug resistance of cancer.This theory was further supported by the CSCs which had been isolated and identified in the hematopoietic system tumor and many kinds of entity lumps.Here is to make a brief review on the CSCs theory,the biological characteristics,isolation and identification of CSCs and the progress of fibrosarcoma stem cells research.
