多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗急性黄疸型肝炎疗效观察

目的观察多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗急性黄疸型肝炎临床疗效。方法 63例急性黄疸型肝炎患者随机分为两组。对照组31例给予常规保肝治疗,治疗组32例在常规保肝基础上加用多烯磷脂酰胆碱。观察两组治疗前后症状、体征及肝功能等方面的改变。结果治疗组肝功能（ALT、AST、TBIL）和症状及体征均有明显改善（P〈0.01或P〈0.05）。结论多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗急性黄疸型肝炎具有良好的效果,无明显不良反应,值得临床应用推广。

Clinical observation on acute icteric hepatitis treated by polyene phosphatidylcholine

Objective To observe the effective therapy on acute icteric hepatitis treated by polyene phosphatidylcholine.Methods 63 cases were randomly divided into two groups： polyene phosphatidylcholine group（32 cases,treatment group） and control group（31 cases）.Results Treatment groups such as clinical symptoms,liver function index was significantly better than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Polyene phosphatidylcholine is effective and safe in acute icteric hepatitis.
