| 摘 要： | 报告隐原性致纤维性肺泡炎(CFA)19例。其中病理诊断1例,临床诊断18例,有2例系同胞兄弟。就 CFA 的诊断标准、病因、发病机理、临床特点、误诊误治、并发症和合并症以及治疗与转归进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | 19 patients with chronic CFA from August,1982 to November,1988 were analysed in the paper.One of the patients was confirmed by fi- broscopic lung biopsy,while the remaining were determined by the clin- ic features.7 patients died of the respiratory failure and cardiac failure mainly.The diagnostic criteria,causes,pathogenesis,clinical features,misdiagnosis,mistreatment,complications as well as the tre- atment and prognosis were discussed briefly.It showed that this disease might be related to their heredity. |
