醒脑化痰针法治疗血管性痴呆的临床观察

目的：观察醒脑化痰针法对血管性痴呆（VD）患者认知记忆功能及日常生活活动能力改善的情况。方法：将120例患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组60例。观察组用醒脑化痰针法治疗，每日1次，留针30min；对照组服用哈伯因片，0．5mg，每日2次，疗程均为60d。观察两组临床疗效及MMSE—R、ADL—R积分情况。结果：观察组有效率为66．7％，对照组有效率为51．7％，两组比较有非常显著性差异（P〈0．01），两组治疗前后MMSE—R、ADL—R积分情况均有明显改善，观察组有非常显著性差异（P〈0．01），对照组差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论：醒脑化痰针法治疗VD安全有效，有利于偏瘫患者肢体功能的康复。

Clinical Observation on Vascular Dementia Treated by Xingnao Huatan Acupuncture Therapy

Objective:To observe the improvement of MMSE-R and ALD-R of Vascular Dementia(VD)patients treated by Xingnao Huatan acupuncture therapy.120 patients were randomly divided into observation group(n=60)and control group(n=60).Observation group were treated by Xingnao Huatan acupuncture therapy,retenting of the needle for 30 minutes,once a day.While control group were given Huperzine A Tablets 0.5mg per time,twice a day.Each course of treatment was 60 days.Then the clinical curative effects of both groups and their integral states of MMSE-R and ALD-R were observed.Results:The effective rate of observation group was 66.7%,while that of control group 51.7%.There was greatly significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).The integral states MMSE-R and ALD-R of both groups were apparently improved after treatment.There existed greatly significant difference in observation group(P<0.01)and obvious difference in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Xingnao Huatan acupuncture therapy was secure and effective for VD patients,which promoted rehabilitation of limbs' function.
