肺结核咯血90例临床分析

目的：分析肺结核咯血的有关因素以及危害，以进一步加深对肺结核咯血的认识，规范其诊治对策。方法：对90例肺结核咯血患者进行性别、年龄、临床表现、肺部影像学、合并症、痰菌检查及治疗等分析。结果：肺结核咯血多发生于青壮年，大咯血多发生于老年人，男性多于女性。影像学改变以斑片渗出阴影为主，多数有空洞。老年人常有合并症，且痰菌阳性率高，易继发感染，常联用抗生素，多联用药止血治疗。结论：肺结核咯血与性别、年龄、病变类型、血管损伤部位及范围、合并症有关，药物止血为常用治疗方法。

Clinical analysis of 90 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis hemoptysis

Objective： To analyze the related factors and the harm of pulmonary tuberculosis hemoptysis to further deepen the understanding, and standardize its diagnosis and treatment. Methods： 90 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis hemoptysis were analyzed about the sex, age, clinical manifestation, lung radioactivity, complications, sputum bacteria analysis and treatment. Results： Pulmonary tuberculosis hemoptysis occurred most in the young adults, and occurred most severely in the seniors. The males were more than the females. The radioactivity change seeped out the shadow by the spot piece primarily, most had cavity. The seniors always had complications, and showed positive results of sputum bacteria inspection, and was prone to secondary infection, often united antibiotics. United medicines were used to stop bleed. Conclusion： Pulmonary tuberculosis hemoptysis is related to sex, age, pathological change type, blood vessel damage spot and the scope, complications. The use of medicine to stop the hemorrhage is the most common treatment.
