| 摘 要： | 目的 观察脂调康胶囊对高脂血症患者血清白细胞介素 6 (IL 6 )的影响。方法 采用随机、单盲、阳性药平行对照方法 ,对 186例高脂血症患者进行临床观察。结果 脂调康胶囊可显著降低高脂血症患者血清IL 6含量 ,与脂必妥比较差异具有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 脂调康胶囊通过降低IL 6含量 ,减轻其对机体的损伤 ,防止动脉粥样硬化等疾病的形成。

| Abstract: | t: Objective To observe the effect of Zhitiaokang capsule on interleukin-6 (IL-6) in serum of patients with hyperlipidemia.Methods Clinical observation of 186 cases was conducted with methods of random,single blind,parallel and control study of positive medicine.Results Zhitiaokang capsule remarkably decreased IL-6 content in serum of patients with hyperlipidemia,which had a statistic significance (P< 0.05)contrast to that of Zhibituo group.Conclusion By decreasing IL-6 content in serum,Zhitiaokang capsule can lessen the injury to the body and prevent the disease of atherosclerosis. |
