针刺结合隔牵正散灸治疗周围性面瘫的临床研究

目的探讨针刺结合隔牵正散灸下关、牵正穴治疗周围性面瘫临床效果。方法选择2019年3月—2019年9月本院收治的周围性面瘫患者80例,按照随机数字法分为两组,各40例。对照组行常规针刺治疗,观察组则在对照组基础上加隔牵正散灸下关、牵正。比较两组干预前后House-Brackmann(H-B)面部神经功能变化情况,及整体临床治疗效果。结果两组治疗前H-B评分比较,差异无统计学意义,治疗后观察组H-B评分低于治疗前及治疗后对照组(P<0.05),观察组显效率为80.0%,对照组显效率为37.5%,观察组显效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对周围性面瘫,通过针刺结合隔牵正散灸下关、牵正穴,能有效的改善患者面部肌肉功能,提高整体临床治疗效果。

Clinical Observation on Acupuncture Combined With Moxibustion of Qianzheng Powder in Treating Peripheral Facial Paralysis

Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Qianzheng powder moxibustion at Xiaguan and Qianzheng points on peripheral facial paralysis.Methods 80 patients with peripheral facial paralysis admitted to our hospital from March 2019 to September 2019 were selected and divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group according to random number method.The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture,while the observation group was treated with Qianzheng powder moxibustion at Guanqian Zhengsan and Qianzheng points on the basis of the control group.The changes of House-Brackmann(H-B)facial nerve function and the overall clinical therapeutic effect before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in H-B scores between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,the H-B scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group before and after treatment(P<0.05).the significant efficiency of the observation group was 80.0%,that of the control group was 37.5%,and that of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For peripheral facial paralysis,acupuncture combined with Qianzheng powder moxibustion at Xiaguan and Qianzheng points can effectively improve the facial muscle function of patients and improve the overall clinical therapeutic effect.
