Sonicfill系统粘接和挠曲强度及对后牙充填边缘密合性影响的研究

摘    要:目的:探讨Sonicfill系统的粘接强度、挠曲强度及对老年人后牙深龋Ⅱ类洞充填后边缘密合性的影响。方法:收集我院口腔外科因牙周炎致牙体松动无法保留的老年恒磨牙60颗。根据充填材料的不同,分为2组,分别为Sonicfill组和3M Filtek Z350组,对两组分别进行剪切强度测试、挠曲强度测试、声发射测试及边缘微渗漏观察。采用独立样本t检验比较两组的剪切粘接强度、挠曲强度、声发射事件数及总能量、轴壁及龈壁的微渗漏长度。结果:Sonicfill组的剪切粘接强度及挠曲强度均高于3M Filtek Z350组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Sonicfill组平均声发射事件数低于3M Filtek Z350组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),3M Filtek Z350组声发射能量高于Sonicfill组,但两者间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。Sonicfill组的龈壁及轴壁微渗漏长度均低于3M Z350组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组内龈壁与轴壁之间微渗漏长度无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:Sonicfill树脂充填系统有较好的剪切粘接强度及挠曲强度,可以获得更好的边缘密合性,同时能够节省操作时间,因此更适合用于老年后牙的直接树脂修复。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the shear strength and flexural strength of sonicfill system and its effect on marginal adaption in classⅡresin filling in elderly patients.Methods:Sixty elderly permanent molars which could not be retained due to periodontitis were collected.According to the different filling materials,they were divided into two groups,the Sonicfill group and the 3M Filtek Z350 group,respectively.The two groups were tested for shear strength,flexural strength,acoustic emission and edge microleakage.Data obtained from the shear bond strength,flexural strength,acoustic emission and marginal microleakage were statistically analyzed by independent-sample t test.Results:The shear bonding strength and flexural strength of group Sonicfill were both higher than that of group 3M Filtek Z350,there were significant differences between two groups(P<0.05).The acoustic emission events of group Sonicfill were lower than that of group 3M Filtek Z350,there were significant differences between two groups(P<0.05).The acoustic emission energy of group Sonicfill were lower than that of group 3M Filtek Z350,but there were no significant differences between two groups(P>0.05).The microleakage of axial wall and gingival wall of group Sonicfill were lower than that of group 3M Filtek Z350,there were significant differences between two groups(P<0.05).But there were no significant differences in microleakage between axial wall and gingival wall in each group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Sonicfill system showed better performance in shear bond strength,flexural strength and marginal adaption in classⅡresin filling.In addition,it can save operation time.Therefore,it is more suitable to resin filling for elderly permanent molars.
