黄芪汤为主辨证治疗慢性肝病临床疗效观察

目的探究慢性肝病经黄芪汤辨证治疗后的临床效果。方法本院于2017年8月—2019年1月收治慢性肝病患者112例,将这一研究对象用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各组56例,其中,观察组给与黄芪汤辨证治疗法,对照组给与强力宁片口服疗法,比较两组的总有效率及症状改善情况。结果对照组总有效率为75.79%,观察组总有效率为98.21%,可知,对照组总有效率低于观察组总有效率,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组症状改善明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黄芪汤为主的辨证疗法在慢性肝病治疗中效果明显,症状改善效果更佳。

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Chronic Liver Disease With Huangqi Decoction

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Huangqi Decoction on chronic liver disease.Methods 112 patients with chronic liver diseases were treated in our hospital from August 2017 to January 2019.The subjects were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 56 cases in each group.Among them,the observation group was treated with Huangqi Decoction and the control group was treated with Qiangli Ning tablet orally.The total effective rate and improvement of symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the control group was 75.79%,and that of the observation group was 98.21%.The total effective rate of the control group was lower than that of the observation group(P<0.05).After treatment,the improvement of symptoms in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The syndrome differentiation therapy based on Huangqi Decoction is effective in the treatment of chronic liver diseases,and the effect of symptom improvement is better,which is worthy of recommendation.
