细节护理干预对糖尿病患者临床效果分析

目的分析细节护理干预对糖尿病患者临床效果分析。方法选择本院2018年5月—2019年5月收治90例糖尿病患者,按随机数表分为两组,对照组45例采用常规护理干预,研究组45例采用细节护理干预,对两组患者血糖指标及满意度进行比较。结果研究组患者空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖明显比对照组优,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者生活质量评分明显比对照组优,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者满意度为95.56%,比对照组高,比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将细节护理干预应用于糖尿病患者,可改善患者血糖指标,提高其生活质量及护理满意度。

Clinical Effects of Detailed Nursing Intervention for Diabetic Patients

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of detailed nursing intervention in the treatment of diabetic patients.Methods 90 patients with diabetes who had been treated in the hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were enrolled.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table:the 45 patients in the control group were received routine nursing intervention,and the 45 patients in the study group were received detailed nursing intervention.The patients’blood glucose index and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose in the study group were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of life quality in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate in the study group was 95.56%,higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with diabetes,detailed nursing intervention can help improve their blood glucose index and their quality of life and satisfaction.
