加速康复外科在食管癌围手术期中的护理应用价值体会

目的对加速康复外科理念在食管癌围手术期中的护理应用价值进行研究分析。方法研究对象选取自本院在2018年1月—2019年4月所收治的74例食管癌患者,使用平均分配的方式,将患者分为研究组与对比组,每组37例,对比组采用一般护理措施进行干预,研究组采用加速康复外科护理理念进行干预,对两组术后并发症发生情况、术后恢复情况以及护理前后患者焦虑自评表(SAS)得分进行比较。结果研究组在围手术期中,并发症发生情况显著少于对比组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义,术后恢复情况以及护理前后SAS焦虑自评评分皆优于对比组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论在食管癌围手术期实施加速康复外科护理理念,能减少患者的术后并发症发生情况,积极缓解患者的焦虑心理,缩短患者住院时间。

Experience of Nursing Application Value of Accelerated Rehabilitation Surgery in Perioperative Period of Esophageal

Objective To study and analyze the application value of the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery in perioperative nursing of esophageal cancer.Methods 74 patients with esophageal cancer admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to April 2019 were divided into the study group and the control group,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was intervened by general nursing measures,and the research group was intervened by the nursing concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery.The incidence of complications,recovery and SAS scores were compared.Results During the perioperative period,the incidence of complications in the study group was significantly less than that in the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The recovery after operation and SAS self-assessment scores before and after nursing were better than those in the control group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Implementing the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing in perioperative period of esophageal cancer can reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,actively alleviate the anxiety of patients,effectively improve the rehabilitation effect of patients,and shorten the hospitalization time of patients.
