痛风石破溃后伤口的护理方法及康复效果分析

目的分析痛风石患者破溃后伤口的护理方法及康复效果。方法选取痛风石破溃患者68例,时间2018年1月—2019年4月,对照组为进行基础护理的患者,研究例数34例,观察组为进行护理干预的患者,研究例数34例,对比两组患者康复优良率、满意度。结果(1)34例观察组患者入院进行护理干预后计算康复优良率91.18%,34例对照组患者入院进行基础护理计算康复优良率70.59%,采用统计软件对比以上组间数据,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义;(2)34例观察组患者入院进行护理干预后计算满意度94.12%,34例对照组患者入院进行基础护理计算满意度73.53%,采用统计软件对比以上组间数据,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论痛风石患者破溃患者在进行护理的过程中采用护理干预模式有助于患者病情康复。

The Nursing Method and the Recovery Effect of the Wound After the Broken Stone

Objective To analyze the nursing method and the rehabilitation effect of the wound after the broken stone in the patients with gout.Methods From January 2018 to April 2019,68 patients with gouty stone rupture were enrolled in the study group.34 patients in the control group were treated with basic nursing,and 34 patients in the observation group were treated with nursing intervention.Compare the excellent and good rate of recovery and satisfaction between the two groups of patients.Results(1)The excellent recovery rate of 34 patients in the observation group was 91.18% after nursing intervention,and the excellent recovery rate of 34 patients in the control group was 70.59%.The statistical software compared the data between the above groups,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.(2)The satisfaction degree in 34 patients of the observation group was 94.12% after admission for nursing intervention,and 34 patients in the control group was 73.53% for admission to basic care.Statistical software was used to compare the data between the above groups,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The nursing intervention mode is helpful for the rehabilitation of patients with gouty stone in the process of nursing.
