| 摘 要： | 目的对暖宫孕子丸中白芍、黄芩鉴别方法进行研究,探索更好的方法,进一步提高标准。方法本文采用与国家试行标准不同薄层色谱法比较两法的优劣。结果及结论该方法专属性强,结果可靠,重复性好。可以作为暖宫孕子丸的有效鉴别方法。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish the best TLC identification ways of White Peony Root and Baikal Skullcap Root in Nuangong yunzi Pill.METHODS Examine the White Peony Root and Baikal Skullcap Root materials by new TLC methods that had a big improvement compared to the proposed standard.RESULTS In the spectrum,the colours of the sample and the standard correspond,The method was with high specilization,credible result and had good repeatability.CONCLUSION The new TLC method can be used as a effective identification way of Nuangong Yunzi Pill. |
